Brittany and Hugh | Napa Valley | Wedding

I had the pleasure of second shooting with the ever so lovely, Wendy Moya, a few weeks ago. (Thank you, Wendy for having me along.) We headed to the Napa Valley Horseman’s Association for a cute little wedding for a sweet, young couple, Hugh and Brittany.

Hugh and Brittany are high school sweethearts. Hugh is headed off to the Marine Corps later this summer so the two felt a sense of urgency to say, ‘I do.’ This wedding was so simple and sweet, with bits and pieces of what both of the couple’s love. They also played homage to our great country, the United States of America, with the use of the colors, red, white and blue. Brittany and Hugh’s family and friends came together to set up the ceremony and reception site, with Hugh’s uncle officiating and Brittany’s cousin playing DJ. It was wonderful to be included with their closely knit group.

Here are some of my images from the day.

The pictures of all of the small details are wonderful, especially the beautiful and simple centerpieces, her necklace, and the horse window decoration. LOVE the one of her in the cowboy hat. Such a great moment in time!

Nice post. I love the how you captured the cowboy hat. I think that is my favorite image from the entire wedding!
